Facebook Covers

See the example: 

First, choose your Facebook Cover and click on the arrow:

 

Second, click Facebook Cover:

Save it to your computer. For a high quality resolution, add the photo on any of your Facebook  Album  with the High Quality option checked.

After that, go to your profile, click Change Cover at the bottom-right of your cover image, Choose from Photos.
